Mansour Memarian with 25 years of industry experience has held executive positions at many luxury brands including the Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, as well as the award-winning Chedi Andermatt in Switzerland. Before this, he was the Chef de Cuisine at the Burj Al Arab’s signature restaurant, Al Mahara. Mansour, the first Iranian Michelin starred chef, has earned his first Michelin star in 2006, at Jagdhof Glashütte in Germany. After this successful story, Mansour moved to Innsbruck, Austria, to open Pavillon restaurant and shortly he added the second Michelin star to his culinary career. In 2008, he was named the “Best International Chef” in Austria and his cookbook “Gourmet Raffinessen” was voted Best Cookbook in the same country. Mansour’s extensive experience includes his role as a Hotel Manager in Palazzo Versace Dubai, where he heads all dining operations, leading the culinary team in enhancing Palazzo Versace Dubai’s reputation for world-class, curated dining.
With over 24 years of experience in hotel revenue management, distribution, sales and commercial strategies, Muhammad Atif is – above everything – a seasoned hotelier with a Double PDP from Cornell University in Hotel Revenue Management and Restaurant Revenue Management. He is always ready to bring fresh, innovative solutions to every business challenge. In his career so far, Atif has been associated with some of the greatest hospitality brands in GCC, Seychelles and Maldives, heading revenue management, Rooms Division and Commercial teams. He was named Revenue Person of the Year by Hotelier Middle East magazine in 2021 and he is currently the Executive Assistant Manager of Palazzo Versace Dubai. His core strengths are to lead pricing strategies, optimize data, distribution and drive sales strategies to improve metrics and maximize revenues.
Mathew is a passionate and seasoned financial expert with a remarkable history of more than 20 years of guiding hotels to optimize efficiency across all functional aspects.His expertise includes streamlining all accounting operations and implementing effective internal controls and is always at the helm of driving powerful financial initiatives.Prior to this role he was with Palazzo Versace Dubai as Director of Finance and Administration.He has also held senior managerial positions at EMAAR , ROTANA and DUSIT.
Dinesh has derived his rich professional experience out of working for over 21 years in five star luxury hotel chains like Kempinski, Jumeirah Group of Hotels and Resorts and Palazzo Versace, Dubai. Dinesh comes from a strong hotel operations background having worked in Rooms Division prior to establishing himself as a seasoned Human Resources and Learning & Development practitioner. During the span of his career, Dinesh has worked on several projects that turned out to be great success stories including the Dubai Quality Appreciation Award (DQAA) and Emirates Benchmarking Management (EBM) Award supported by Dubai Economic Department (DED). Dinesh is currently on the Advisory Board for Dubai College of Tourism (part of DTCM) as well as a certified Instructional Designer and Results Coach from the Neuro Leadership Institute.
With more than 13 years experience in media, marketing, and communications, Ionela Savescu has a strong expertise in luxury hospitality, having worked with some of the most prominent brands in the GCC region. Well versed and hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing and communications, from brand campaigns to strategic alliances, Ionela has helped hospitality brands leverage the power of PR and marketing, conceptualizing meaningful activations to capture a considerable share of voice in online and offline environments. Ionela started her career in journalism and moved across the table, working with some of the strongest branding and PR agencies, mostly handling hospitality and F&B brands. During her latest tenures, Ionela has been pivotal in generating brand awareness and driving fully integrated campaigns.
With over 20 years in hospitality security including hotels and resorts where the development of the safety security systems and procedures was the main duties including overseeing the safety of the staff members guests and company assets putting the efforts to manage the risk assessment and the investigation of all type of incidents.
